About Us

Established in 2025, Dev Nandini College of Nursing is a pioneering institution committed to bridging the gap in healthcare workforce development in Western UP. Located on Kuchesar-Siyana Road, in Dhagania Village, Bankhanda, the college spans approximately 55,000 sq. ft., featuring modern academic complexes, dedicated girls’ hostels, and extensive clinical facilities.

Our first batches for GNM and B.Sc. Nursing commenced in September 2025. The college is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of education, clinical practice, and research.

Advanced Clinical Simulation & Skill-Based Learning Facilities

Pre- clinical : Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory

Our Anatomy and Physiology Lab offers students an in-depth understanding of human body structures and functions through practical, real-world experiences. Designed for optimal learning, it provides a comprehensive environment for exploring the complexities of human anatomy, fostering experiential knowledge essential for clinical practice.

Community & Nutrition Laboratory (CHNN)

This state of the art Community Health Nursing Laboratory is equipped with innovative materials, models, charts, and flashcards necessary for fieldwork and community health initiatives. The Nutrition Laboratory features a fully equipped modern kitchen with advanced electronic appliances, utensils, and crockery. Under expert supervision, students learn to prepare therapeutic and dietary diets tailored for various health conditions.

Nursing Foundation Laboratory

A spacious, well-ventilated facility designed to accommodate 100 students for practical training. Equipped with contemporary instruments, linen, lockers, mannequins, and dummy models, this lab provides hands-on training in core nursing skills. Students practice fundamental procedures such as bed making, personal hygiene, and advanced techniques including CPR, nebulization, and cardiac monitoring.

Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBG) Laboratory

Equipped with detailed models of the female reproductive system childbirth simulators, Uterine development models and newborn care essentials, this laboratory allows students to practice antenatal care, delivery techniques, and suturing procedures like episiotomy. The lab fosters confidence and competence in maternity and child health nursing.

Child Health Nursing Laboratory

Focused on modern pediatric nursing practices, this lab provides students with resources to handle neonatal and childhood care confidently. Equipped with CPR mannequins, pediatric procedure models, and necessary supplies, students get extensive practical exposure to procedures like oxygen therapy, IV therapy, feeding techniques, and play therapy.

Computer Laboratory

Our advanced computer labs feature 20 high-speed computers connected to the internet, enabling students to develop proficiency in healthcare software, research tools, and data management, fostering digital literacy essential for modern nursing.

Library & E-Library

The college library houses having different titled latest edition books, including textbooks, National & International journals, magazines, and newspapers. Equipped with digital resources and e-library access, it provides a comfortable, fully computerized environment for academic research from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

A dedicated girls’ hostel offers safe, comfortable, and supervised accommodations, with support from wardens, faculty, and staff. The hostel provides a homely environment conducive to academic focus and personal well-being.

Our college leverages advanced audio-visual technology—LCD projectors, computers, DVD and CD players, cameras, and models—to enrich teaching and learning experiences. These tools facilitate interactive lessons, demonstrations, and practical understanding.

Our modern lecture halls are fitted with green and white boards, notice boards, podiums, and audiovisual equipment, creating an ideal environment for effective classroom instruction aligned with Indian Nursing Council standards.
